North Ridge Group LLC, is a building, design & development company. Owners, Rob Warren and Mark Ivanov, have been building homes in the Sunday River area for over 20 years. Our architectural style spans from rustic log homes to mountain contemporaries.
Why are we different?
Northridge Group prides ourselves on never building the same house in an area - giving each buyer a unique stamp on their residence. We build both spec & custom homes and will work with buyers who want all decisions made for them, to those who want to be involved in the design & finishing process.
We source most materials locally in Maine including timbers and natural stone - consisting of iron stone, colored granites, and veins of feldspars and quartzsites. Other materials are sourced throughout the U.S. to satisfy our unique designs including log & chinking mills in North Carolina and rustic metal siding in Arizona.
